Our new in-system ticketing platform is now live. You can access it from your User Panel on the left side under “My Tickets.” Please use this feature for all communication with the SaveFiles.com Support Team.
Important:
We will discontinue support via [email protected] and WJUNCTION on 30 December 2025.
Starting 1 January 2026, all support interactions must be submitted through the Tickets tab in your SaveFiles.com dashboard.
