1. Purpose
This document outlines the policies, procedures, and technical controls implemented by SAVEFILES.com to prevent, detect, and respond to illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), in full compliance with applicable laws and hosting provider requirements.
This policy has been developed to ensure alignment with:
• Our HOSTING PROVIDER(s) Terms of Service (Section 7(b))
• US Federal Law regarding CSAM reporting and preservation
• NCMEC reporting obligations

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
SAVEFILES.com enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Any illegal or prohibited content
Any detection of such content triggers immediate enforcement and escalation actions as outlined below.

3. Proactive Prevention Controls (NEW – ENHANCED)
To prevent recurrence, the following controls are being implemented:
3.1 Automated Content Scanning
• Integration of hash-based detection systems (e.g. PhotoDNA or equivalent)
• Matching against known CSAM databases where available

3.2 File-Type and Behaviour Controls
• Restrictions on suspicious file types where applicable

Step 2 – Internal Verification (Within 1 Hour)
• Validate the report or detection signal
• Classify severity and legal risk
Step 3 – Legal Reporting (Within 24 Hours MAX)
• Report to NCMEC (https://report.cybertip.org/) where applicable
• Notify relevant authorities based on jurisdiction
• Cooperate with hosting provider (e.g. Our HOSTING PROVIDER(s))
Step 4 – Evidence Preservation
• Where possible Retain content and logs for minimum 90 days (or as legally required)
• Ensure chain-of-custody integrity

5. Hosting Provider Escalation Protocol
SAVEFILES.com will implement the following protocol when notified by Our HOSTING PROVIDER(s):
• Immediate acknowledgment within 12 hour
• Action report within 1 hours, including:
o Status of content (removed / isolated)
o User actions taken
o Reporting status
• Dedicated escalation contact maintained and monitored 24/7

• 24/7 monitoring of platform activity
• On-call response capability for abuse incidents
